REFUND POLICY

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This policy applies only if your product is damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@lorfrancais.com so we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
